I work with individuals and couples seeking to deepen their connections and heal relational wounds. I have a special interest in the ways our sexuality shapes our lives and impacts our relationships. I specialize in sex and relationship therapy and often work with couples navigating intimacy concerns and individuals healing from sexual trauma.

Psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies feel deeply human. At their core, they prioritize a kind of relationship between patient and therapist that is central to change. Because ethical practice in psychoanalytic psychotherapy requires a depth of self-knowledge, I make it a habit to engage in experiential training and consult with seasoned clinicians. I have completed Foundations I offered through OSPS and regularly participate in OSPS trainings and seminars.
