Brief Bio:

I have been a therapist since 2017. I have experience working in outpatient, inpatient, hospital, community mental health, and school settings since 2013. My primary areas of focus and clinical experience includes helping adults with anxiety, depression, self esteem, anger, health issues (illness and injury), relational issues/stresses, life transitions, grief, loss (relational and death), and trauma.
I have been on the board of the Oklahoma Society for Psychoanalytic Studies since 2020.


Involvements & Interests in Psychoanalysis & Psychodynamic Therapies:

I have been involved with OSPS since graduating grad school and have been on the board of the Oklahoma Society for Psychoanalytic Studies since 2020. I love growing in knowledge around psychoanalytic thought and therapy.
