Brief Bio:

I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2014 and my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University in 2016.

I started as a therapist at a psychiatric hospital where I completed my candidacy working with individuals who were struggling with suicidality and severe mood dysregulation. From there I worked in community mental health where I focused my effort on guiding others in managing the realities of complex trauma and psychosis. While there, I found myself enthralled in the often-under-recognized overlaps of the symbolic world and the impacts of childhood trauma in those with mental health struggles including PTSD and psychosis.

I am currently in private practice where I focus mostly on working collaboratively with clients who have a complex and layered trauma history as well as those who suffer from and seek relief from nightmares.

I also offer short term and long term dreamwork, in a collaborative manner, for clients who are currently seeing other depth therapists for long-term work that might want to enhance their engagement with their own unconscious.

Involvements & Interests in Psychoanalysis & Psychodynamic Therapies:

I am deeply passionate about depth-oriented therapies, particularly Jungian and Post-Jungian informed work. My commitment to this works is reflected in my active participation in multiple study groups at Jungian Institutes, including the Santa Fe Jung Advanced Studies group and the Colorado Jung Institute Study group. I have completed a year-long certificate program in Jungian and Post-Jungian clinical concepts and am actively working towards fulfilling the requirements for beginning training.

For over five years, I have been a dedicated member of a Jungian-based dream group, where I have honed my skills in helping individuals utilize dream material to explore the unconscious. With additional training in experiential dream exploration, my approach is both interpretative and embodied, allowing clients to gain deep insights and foster personal growth through their dream experiences.
