Brief Bio:

I'm a psychotherapist and survivor of complex trauma. I work specifically with women with trauma. Through a holistic approach and the use of somatics and Internal Family Systems, I help my clients find healing and empowerment.


Involvements & Interests in Psychoanalysis & Psychodynamic Therapies:

I believe my primary modalities to be psychodynamic in nature, and I therapeutically offer a lot of inner child and shadow work with my clients. I'm leaning more and more Jungian all the time and am interested in the continuation of my education in this theory.
