Brief Bio:
I am a licensed therapist in private practice, working with adults in both individual and couples therapy. My approach is grounded in a relational psychodynamic framework, a perspective I have been practicing since 1997 after receiving training in this theory during graduate school. Over the years, I have continued to deepen my understanding of this approach and its application to the complexities of human relationships and emotional life.
To further strengthen my clinical skills, I completed a two-year certificate program in Relational Psychodynamic Therapy through the Contemporary Psychodynamic Institute. This advanced training enhanced my ability to help clients explore the unconscious patterns and relational dynamics that shape their experiences, fostering greater self-awareness, emotional growth, and connection with others.
In my work, I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where clients can reflect, heal, and move toward more authentic and fulfilling ways of relating — both to themselves and to the important people in their lives.

Continue to stay invested in the Contemporary Psychodynamic Institute, have remained in my consult group from this institute, and now lead consultation groups from this perspective.
